| I can't believe today is the first day in September! I sure miss those cat days of Summer! Hopefully, we'll have a nice, hot Autumn! Well, I started off the month on the wrong paw and had to be rushed to the Emergency Room today. Was so sad to see my fellow felines and canines in so much pain. I sure hope that big golden retriever is okay. I cried when the orderlies rushed him by on the stretcher. My Mama and Uncle Dave took off to the beach for a few days last month and left me home with some nice sitters. Sandy's mom, Teri, stayed with me the first night. Was she ever nice to me! She let me stay up way past my bedtime! The next night, I was home alone except for the many times Sasha's mom came by to say hello. She was so sweet to me! The last night, my Nana and Papa came down all the way from Springfield, MA to spend time with me. They fed me lots and lots of treats! I really loved having the company! When my Mom and Uncle Dave came home, I was so very excited! And, they brought me back some great shells including the Glory of the Seas. Here is a photo of my Uncle Dave swimming. Glad my Mom caught this shot before letting him know about his friend there in the water! Yikes! Later this month, I'll be posting more photos from their trip here on my web site! Wow, did they ever have an awesome time!! Last week, my mom found a dove who was too scared to fly. She brought him home to meet me and we instantly became pals. We had a nice time together, then said our good byes as he was now ready to soar away into the skies. I do think he really just wanted to meet me, Otto the famous technocat. I've heard that I'm known from coast to coast! Well, another month and no new awards, although I did apply for two new ones. Maybe one will come through soon! As mentioned last month, my Uncle Dave won the 'Golden Web Site' award. Am I ever purroud of him. If you want to see my past awards, please check them out on my awards page.
